I am always looking out for new experiences, wherever I may find myself.
During June, His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama of Tibet will spend ten days travelling Australia as part of 'Beyond Religion, the 14th Dalai Lama on the Benefits of Living Ethically'. This national tour will see him give a series of public talks in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Darwin.
The talk in Adelaide is titled 'The Quest for Happiness' and will take place on Friday June 21. It will have a secular focus and be based on His Holiness' book, Beyond Religion, Ethics for a Whole World.
Over the course of two hours, from 1.30pm to 3.30pm, the Dalai Lama will explore the everyday kind of happiness we all seek. He will particularly consider the three main factors that contribute to our ability to achieve it: wealth, health and friendship.
