Opinion
My favorite recipe is the Spiced Citrus Warmer. Such drink is like a mocktail! However, personally, instead of honey, I would use an extract of choice and 2 packets of no-calorie sweetener.
Unfortunately, many of the recipes are not very affordable. If you are on a budget, I would borrow this cookbook from the local library first.
I still give this cookbook a 5-star rating.
