I have lived in Sydney most of my life and have always enjoyed seeing the Harbour Bridge, but it wasn't until I went on a cruise to New Zealand, that I had an opportunity to compare our Harbour to other ports. It was then that I realised how stunning Sydney Harbour and the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge really is.

Admittedly, I have since then looked at the Bridge with a fresh pair of eyes. The truth is, no matter where you look at it from, it is an unbelievable structure, which is recognised around the world and rightfully so.

There are so many great places you can see the Sydney Harbour Bridge from. Which is your favourite?

Walk or drive across the bridge
Address: Burton Street, Milsons Point
To walk across Sydney Harbour Bridge, park your car at Milsons Point and access the walkway via a flight of stairs located on the east side at Burton Street, Milsons Point.

Sydney Luna Park
1 Olympic Drive, Milsons Point
You can either see it from the ground or better yet, get on the Ferris Wheel and see it from the top. Amazing view.

Sydney Opera House
Address: Bennelong Point, Sydney
Enjoy a quiet cuppa at the Opera House Café, while looking directly at the bridge. On a sunny day, it is one of the most stunning views in Sydney

Pirrama Park
Address: 22 Pirrama Rd, Pyrmont
I only just discovered this recently and what an incredible view from a different angle than I have seen before. Bring a picnic or a BBQ and enjoy a lazy Sunday at the park.

Sydney Botanic Gardens
Address: Mrs Macquaries Rd, Sydney
The bridge makes a lovely backdrop to the stunning gardens and walkways. Grab a coffee and enjoy a quiet morning with a book or a lovely stroll.

Sydney Tower
Address: 100 Market Street, Sydney
See the bridge from up above between some of Sydney's tallest buildings. A great place to have lunch and watch the world go by.

Bradley's Head
Address: Bradleys Head Rd, Mosman
A great place to enjoy a picnic and watch yachts and ferries go by. It is also the site of the HMAS Sydney Memorial.

From a Ferry or Cruise Ship
Address: Circular Quay
Cruising under the Harbour Bridge aboard a boat or a ferry gives you a great view from many sides of the bridge.

Blues Point Reserve
Address: Blues Point Road, McMahons Point
Lots of green spaces and a small playground for children to play. Ideal to enjoy a quiet coffee with the Harbour Bridge as the main feature of the picturesque view.

Robertson Park
Address: Clovelly Street, Watsons Bay
Beautiful park with a large enclosed playground and lots of open spaces. In summer, enjoy a swim and then grab some fish and chips at the well-known Doyles restaurant or take away shop.

Taronga Zoo
Address: Bradleys Head Rd, Mosman
Spend a day exploring Taronga Zoo and enjoy million dollar views from this location.

So where is the best view of Sydney Harbour Bridge?

In my book it would have to be from the top of the Ferris Wheel at Sydney Luna Park. Not only do you get to see the bridge, but also the Opera House.
