Just where can one find typical Turkish dishes, such as ezogelin soup, gözleme, manti and kanafeh in Melbourne?

One popular Turkish establishment in Melbourne is The Borek Shop in Queen Victoria Market - a favourite haunt of many Melburnians.

Plus our Melbourne WeekendNotes team have already reviewed and recommended a handful of Melbourne Turkish establishments, such as Pasha's Fine Ottoman Cuisine, Nicosia Turkish Restaurant, Manakish Levantine Bakery Cafe and Rumeli's Restaurant, but now with your help, we would like to create a listing of the very best Turkish restaurants in Melbourne.

In fact there are quite a few Turkish establishments in Melbourne to choose from; perhaps your favourite is GigiBaba in Collingwood, Flemington Kebab House in Flemington, Alasya in Brunswick, Antalya Turkish Restaurant in Coburg or I Heart Kebab in Templestowe?

If we have missed your favourite - please leave a comment.

As always, we appreciate your feedback.

I have asked several Turkish people and they all say ZARA on Sydney Road. I have been there twice and food it great, it bit noisy, the male and female belly dancers are the highlight though. What an amazing place. Rosemary
