Going to the pub for a pint is a bit of a tradition, but the old local has changed a lot in the past few years. Nowadays most pubs and bars serve more than just a beer and a packet of crisps.

British cuisine is quite diverse and includes not only good old Fish and Chips but dishes such as Roast Beef, Beef and Guiness Pie, Bangers and Mash and Chicken Tikka Masala.

There are a few great British style pubs in the Perth area but where is the best Traditional English Pub in Perth?

There is no such thing as a Traditional English Pub in Perth, just overpriced imported beers, and phony staff and plastic atmosphere. Its not about so called English cuisine. You should start off simply with a friendly chatty staff who are encouraged to chat to the patrons not told off for chatting.I actually heard a pub manager say to his bar staff ''you're here to serve drinks not talk to the patrons''?...... weird aye. This is why so many drink at home.
