The Cupping Room is located in University Ave, a short walk from the Australian National University (ANU). As you get closer, you see people milling around the outside of the cafe at all times of the day, waiting for their coffees and chatting amongst themselves. The café is owned by Ona coffee in Fyshwick, whose award-winning blends make it one of the most popular coffees in Canberra. You know it has to be good as the owner, Sasa Sestic, won the World Barista Championship in 2015 using their own blends and local flavours. Give it a try - once will not be enough! See here for details.
Espresso Room is a small outlet located on Bunda Street in the centre of the city. The popularity of this takeaway coffee outlet also rests on the same Ona coffee beans as The Cupping Room above - using blends created just for them. See here for details.
GreenHouse Coffee and Co, located upstairs in the Canberra Centre, is another Ona coffee collaboration with a spacious and light café to enjoy your coffee inside, or to take one away and enjoy it whilst shopping. Just look for the coffee connoisseurs milling around the front. See here for details.

Harvest is a popular takeaway coffee outlet in Marcus Clarke Street, that often has a line out the front each weekday around the 10:30am morning coffee time. They use a range of beans from all around the world, expertly (and quickly!) made by a host of baristas. As it is mainly frequented by local workers, it is open weekdays only. They also own the popular coffee takeaway outlet Hideout in Barton. See here for details.
332 Manhattan can be found at the far end of Bunda Street, opposite Glebe Park. This café uses the popular Lonsdale Street Roasters coffee brand - which is made just up the road in Braddon. It is particularly popular with local workers and mums, dads and carers who pick up a takeaway before going to the park across the road. This cafe and takeaway coffee outlet is open weekdays only. See here for details.
Coffee Lab is located on Narellan Place on the ground floor of the Canberra Centre. It is named Coffee Lab as they enjoy "breaking down the science behind coffee" and experimenting with different coffee blends, new machinery and sourcing beans from all over the world to make the perfect coffee. This takeaway coffee outlet can be hard to find, but once you do, it is a secret spot you will return to again. See here for details.
