From the mountains to the sea, this region of South East Queensland grows an abundance of amazing fresh, produce and I reckon there is no better way to purchase your own box full of this abundance than at a local market. So, whether you need some lychees or crabs or even hand knitted socks, here are ten of the best markets on the Sunshine Coast.

1. Noosa Farmers Market:
Every Sunday - 7am - 12 noon
AFL Grounds, Weyba Road, Noosaville

This is your classic bustling Sunday morning market - full of over a hundred trailers and vans selling produce "picked yesterday". There are plenty of places to sit and enjoy some home made morning tea or brunch. You certainly find something for dinner here. You can also read Loni Joy's review here .

2. Noosa Marina Markets:
Every Sunday - 8am - 2pm
