After writing about all the special events that are happening around Canberra for
Father's Day (2018), I thought it would also be handy to gather a few suggestions on where
else dad could enjoy his special day. These lunch venue ideas don't have to be restricted to Father's Day, they can be for birthdays, celebrations and just because you want to spend some time with the father figure in your life. Every dad is different - he could be a new dad who is just happy to be out of the house, or he could be a dad with older children who enjoys the finer things in life. This list contains ideas for a whole range of interests, so take a scroll through and see which ideas apply to the dad in your family.
Where do you like to take your dad, step-father, grandpa, father-in-law or husband, when you want to take him somewhere he will enjoy? Please leave a comment at the top of this article and share your suggestions. You can never have too many!
