You want to get it right. Whilst some lovely proposals have happened watching the footie on TV, others may want to put in a bit of different thought and step into something a bit more unique.
You've found the person you want to spend the rest of your life with, you've made the decision, you have the ring. Now all you need is the location.
Here's a few suggestions to make your moment even more memorable.

The Most Beautiful View in Australia
If you are a bit of a nature lover, a perfect place for a proposal may be looking out over Wineglass Bay. It will take you around an hour to walk up to the lookout - plenty of time to build up those nerves for the big moment.
Arriving at what has been called the best view in Australia. You will be met with gorgeous curving beaches, crystal clear waters and if you arrive early enough, you should have plenty of time to admire the view and pick the very best moment.
Where: Freycinet Peninsula, Tasmania
Southern Helicopter Flights Grand Helicopter Tour of Southern Tasmania, Hobart - TAS
The Experience: Fall in love with your chosen one at the same time as you fall in love with Tasmania on a 1 hour Grand Helicopter Tour.
You will be whisked away over rugged splendour of The Tasman Island, gasping at beautiful coastlines of Southern Tasmania.
You will fly over the surrounding areas including Hobart city, the historic Penal Settlements, blue waters and sea cliffs.
At exactly the right moment - pull out the ring and take your partners breath away all over again.
Driving along the eastern Freycinet Peninsula, you will see signs for Wineglass Bay. As above, you can hike up to the lookout point to see the beach sheltered in a curve at the base of pink mountain ranges, with gorgeous blue seas and fresh white sand.
Once you have made your proposal either at the lookout or down on the beach, you have the choice of roughing it for the night on the beach at the campsite.
Or for those who prefer - exclusive, zip over to the Freycinet Eco Retreat and book an eco-lodge amidst the 1,200-acre property looking out over the peninsula.
