Stuck for date night ideas? Here are some options to make every night date night!

Lui Bar, Melbourne
Monday: start the week with a laugh.
Spleen Bar, in the city, hosts a comedy night every Monday from 8.30pm. Entry is by gold coin donation. Support local comedians and laugh out loudly - laughter really is the best medicine!

Tuesday: learn to dance.
Candela Dance Productions runs Cuban salsa classes, followed by social dancing, at Copacabana International, Fitzroy. Or to learn a variety of sexy Latin moves, head to Spice Market, in the city, for salsa, bachata, zouk and kizomba, followed by social dancing.

Wednesday: eat, drink, and shop.
From July 9th-August 27th, spend Wednesday nights tasting food and drink from around the world, listening to free live music, being entertained by roving performers, and shopping for local artisan goods at Queen Victoria Market's Luna 1878 Night Market.

Thursday: show off your general knowledge talent.
Funky Bunch Trivia hosts trivia nights on Monday through to Thursday, at various locations around Melbourne. Get a team together, test your general knowledge, and win prizes! This is a fun way to introduce your partner to your friends.

Friday: classic romance.
What girl doesn't go gaga over fireworks and a ferris wheel ride? Rug up to watch the free winter fireworks in Docklands, every Friday from July 4th- August 29th. Then take in 360-degree views of one of the most liveable cities on the Melbourne Star.

Saturday: make something together.
Whether it be preparing a meal (check out the taste website for inspiration), assembling a piece of furniture, planting a tree, or starting a DIY project, working with your hands makes for a lot of laughs, fun, and exercise!

Sunday: relax and unwind.
Spend the afternoon immersing in the opulent atmosphere of the Lui Bar. Unwind with smooth jazz sounds from 3pm, admire some of the best views in Melbourne, and sip on cocktails prepared by skilled mixologists.
