Finding the best quality, flavoursome and freshest pizzas in Sydney is much easier than you think. The establishments below have made the list of the best pizzas in Sydney due to their taste, flavour and freshness, as well as how the pizza is prepared and cooked. Therefore expect the very best. This is the creme de la creme of pizza available in Sydney, and this list isn't presented in any particular order either.
1. Mad Pizza E Bar, Darlinghurst
Have already written a review on WeekendNotes on this top quality establishment in Darlinghurt. The ambience of this establishment is also something truly Italian and divine. Further information can be found by clicking here.
2. Crust Gourmet Pizza, Annandale
Just love the smell and the aromas of this gourmet pizza. I always go for the philly steak, and I love the mustard sauce. I have tried pizza at other Crust outlets, but their pizza comes nowhere near as close to the quality of the pizzas I have received from their Annandale outlet on Booth Street.
Have ordered pizza from this establishment a number of times, and even when dining in at the more upmarket La Bettola next door (before it closed down). I knew from the moment the pizza was served, that it came from Lipari's next door. Their margarita pizza is topped and cooked to utter perfection with the right balance of cheese and herbs. Heaven.
4. Elvis Pizza
Pizza in honour of the king. The owner of this establishment is an Elvis Presley impersonator, and has travelled the world to prove it. Great to see this establishment back in Rushcutters Bay (from Brighton Le Sands) and the pizzas have been christened with titles of Elvis' top performing hits. My favourite pizza would have to be the Viva Las Vegas for chicken lovers.
Other establishments that make great pizza in Sydney include Hugo's and Modena at the Queen Victoria Building and Eat, Pray, Love, right here in a great city.
