Markets are one of the best ways to spend a lazy evening or weekend, and with Christmas just around the corner, it's not too early to start thinking about getting your shopping done.

Here are some of the best markets across Perth for the rest of 2013.

OCTOBER

Twilight Hawkers Markets
Enjoy a melting pot of flavours from around the world as a host of stalls offer late night meals and cultural entertainment. Includes tagine, curries, gozlemes and satays.

Secret Harbour Markets
Perfect for people living in the southern suburbs, these regular markets have cupcakes, clothing, toys, jewellery amongst the many and varied stalls.

Subiaco Craft Markets
One of Perth's favourite pre-Christmas markets has plenty of locally made toys, clothes, gifts and homewares, a kids corner, food stalls and best of all – bagpipes!

Currumbine Joondalup Arts Show
Bringing together over 250 local artists, you will be able to find an enormous range of art, crafts, prints and paintings as well as a market stalls, food, a silent auction and more.
