Perth's North Eastern suburbs play host to some of the best cafes in Perth, and in a bid to improve everyone's lives with a good hit of caffeine, I've compiled a list of my top 5 picks for coffee and luxurious breakfast inspired snacks!


Maison Saint Honore
Boasting the ever popular rustic décor, Maison Saint Honore is a cafe and patisserie that brings a piece of classic French culture to Perth. This gem is located on the outskirts of the Swan Valley and is both accessible and chic. A perfect place to stop in for a quick coffee and a croissant, or a classic family breakfast, Maison Saint Honore will add an edge of sophistication to your coffee routine. They also have a selection of freshly baked bread, brownies, coffee fudge and chocolate bark, so be sure to check out their extensive selection of quality baked goods.

Boutique Travel Café
Quirky breakfast options at the BTC include a delicious pulled pork benny and you can even try your hand at a batch of candy waffles for the adventurous souls! Located in Ellenbrook, this cafe is spacious, with the vibe of a wooden-clad European pop-up. The Boutique Travel Cafe is a perfect spot to have a long, uninterrupted catch up filled with coffee and laughter. They are open daily from 7am-3pm, and serve breakfast until 11:30am.



Guildford Milk Bar
Good old-fashioned coffee and café food, this spot is a huge hit with the weekend brunch crowd. Extremely well priced, you can treat yourself to a standard big brekkie and a coffee for less than $20. Set amongst the old-world streets of Guildford, the Milk Bar boasts classic rustic decor and seating is usually available both indoors and outside. The quality of coffee and food is consistent, making the GMB a guaranteed hit for that brunch catch up you've been planning!



Esprezzo
I've said it before, and I'll say it again- I love Esprezzo. It's the kind of café that has been missing in so many suburbs, but Noranda can safely say that they possess a café that ticks the boxes for quality, convenience and energy. Esprezzo boasts lovely coffee, friendly service and a menu with something for everyone (even your picky vegan friend won't be disappointed!).

Top menu pick: Dippy Eggs- Buttery brioche with perfectly dippable eggs. Need I say more? $16.50 w/ bacon

Brunch runs from 8am -2pm, and just remember that they are closed on Sundays!



Yahava Coffee
Caffeine addicts circle from all over town to come and try the delightfully robust flavours of Yahava coffee. The tasting station is where all the fun is at- the baristas are knowledgeable and enthusiastic, ensuring that you will leave the mini-warehouse feeling jittery with happiness (and caffeine).
