If you are a tourist on a budget, then there are plenty of affordable and good quality accommodation options in the Melbourne CBD.

City Centre Budget Hotel Melbourne

This is the best 2-star motel in the city. It is located at 22 Little Collins Street. This is a family-run hotel that specialises in double and family rooms. There is a roof top with seating, and a good view. Enquiries: (03) 9654 5401, info@citycentrebudgethotel.com.au

Flagstaff Inn

This is probably the best 3-star motel in the city. They are at 45 Dudley Street Melbourne. Rooms range from a standard double to a family room suite, and are all reasonably priced. Econolodge City Square
