With the current rainy weather, parents are turning to local indoor play centres and children's cafes for holiday entertainment. The following information details the best indoor play centres, located in the Brisbane and Logan areas.
Chipmunks Playland & Café, Macgregor 7/555 Kessels Road, Macgregor Chipmunks Playland & Café, Macgregor is certainly an impressive venue! Suitable for children under 11 years of age, it features a multitude of equipment within dedicated age zones. A brightly coloured "under the sea" theme is continued across all play areas. Jungle Adventure Play provides the ultimate experience for thrill-seekers of all ages, with multiple play areas, onsite cafe, and licensed restaurant.

Pinwheel Island Kids Cafe boasts an assortment of recently purchased play equipment with impeccably cleaned facilities and friendly service.
The venue offers dedicated play spaces for children under 6 years of age, including an area exclusively for toddlers. It is quite small in comparison to other indoor play centres. However, this setting is certainly ideal for the intended younger age range. Read more here.
Lollipop's Playland Springwood The Springwood Centre, Lexington Road, Springwood
Lollipop's Playland Springwood is well-loved by local families! Suitable for children under 11 years of age, the highlight of this facility is a multi-tiered playground with an assortment of soft play obstacles, climbing challenges, slides, air cannons and hundreds of softballs.
A fenced toddler area features a slide with a water feature, climbing structure, ball pit and sensory equipment. A single amusement ride (Swinging Pirate Ship) operates sporadically throughout the day.

Rainbow City Play Centre and Cafe Unit F, 5-15 Lapis St, Underwood
If you are looking for a well presented and well-maintained indoor play centre, look no further than Rainbow City Children's Play Centre and Cafe. This venue is very well-maintained with equipment specifically designed for the enjoyment of children under 8 years of age.
There are four well-defined play areas, plus two party rooms. A fully fenced junior area boasts a collection of ride-on cars, mock roads and city-themed play structures. Read more here.
Rainbow City Play Barn Hillcrest Unit 1, 7-11 Central Court, Hillcrest
Rainbow City Play Barn Hillcrest is located within a large open plan warehouse. Like its sister company, Rainbow City Children's Play Centre and Cafe, this facility is designed exclusively for children under 8 years of age.
It features a large modular play structure, a small jumping castle and a fully fenced play area for children under 4 years of age. Read more here.
Croc's Playcentre Underwood is housed within the former Chipmunks Underwood building. With the exception of new signage and an on-site Muffin Break cafe, the play equipment and layout remains unchanged.
Visitors will continue to enjoy the large castle-themed playground with a trampoline, inflatable slide, wave slide and ball battle. The under 5 years play area has experienced a minor facelift and new play additions are expected. The miniature train, swinging pirate ship and plane rides also remain.
A large dining area is suitable for families, mothers groups, clubs etc to relax with a coffee and cake whilst supervising children.
