With Halloween just around the corner, it's time to start making plans with family and friends. The following events have strict COVID Safety Plans that all attendees must follow. Event links provide further details and updates.

Halloween 2021 - Grand Finale
30 October, 6-10 pm, Indooroopilly Halloween Haunted House

2021 will be the last year for Brisbane's favourite haunted house . This popular trick-or-treating site offers an impressive themed outdoor display and an interactive maze-style haunted house. This experience is open for all ages with low intensity scares from 6-7 pm, medium intensity scares from 7-8 pm and scary from 8 pm onward.

Entry is free, bookings are not required. Please note that this event is generally very busy, wait times can be over 30 minutes.

Blackwood Street Halloween Festival 2021
31 October, 3-6 pm, Blackwood Street (Mitchelton)

Visitors of all ages will enjoy a Halloween parade and Harry Potter-themed Halloween party. The celebration will feature amusement rides, market stalls, activity stations, food and drink vans and live entertainment. Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes.

Free entry, bookings are not required.

Hocus Pocus - Bulimba Halloween Spooktacular
21 October, 3-6 pm, Bulimba Memorial Park

Bulimba's annual Halloween bash offers an evening of family fun, including free rides. Visitors will also enjoy a variety of food trucks, local market stalls and live entertainment.

Free entry, bookings are not required.

Kids Halloween Spooktacular
30 October, 3-6 pm, Early Birds Marsden

This locally beloved child care centre will transform into a haunted haven with onsite trick-or-treating and themed activities for children. Visitors will enjoy face painting, jumping castles, a haunted house and themed markets.

Free entry, bookings essential.

Flagstone Twilight Market Halloween Trick or Treat Doors
30 October, 5-8:30 pm, Flagstone State School

Members of the local community are invited to attend an evening of market stalls, food and drink vans and live entertainment. This event will also provide the opportunity for trick-or-treating in a safe and controlled environment.

Free entry, bookings are not required.

Bethania Halloween Party**
30 October, 6-8 pm, Bethania Community Centre

Bethania Halloween Party[/LINK] invites children under the age of 12 years to a Halloween-themed disco. Children will receive a free fairy floss, sausage sizzle and drink with entry. Costumes are encouraged, with prizes for best-dressed boy and girl.

Tickets must be pre-booked , $7 per child. Tea and coffee will be provided for parents in another room.

Halloween
31 October, 8am-4pm, VEND Marketplace

VEND Marketplace will host a day of Halloween themed fun. Enjoy over 100 market stalls, trick-or-treating, cafes, children's playground and free parking.

Kids Halloween Event
30 October, 5-7 pm, Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron

While the parents/carers enjoy a meal, children will enjoy an array of Halloween themed fun . This will include dinner in the Ancora Bistro, meet and greets with children's characters, face painting, glowstick disco and prizes for best dressed. Children will also enjoy lawn ball games and a scavenger hunt for monster lollies.
