Games, when innocent, are good stress relievers. They teach a good type of competition where no one gets hurt.

I discuss my favorites as all were played with loved ones and would love to know yours also!

Personally, I like Badminton and a game that I made up called Tennis Baseball.

Years ago, when I babysat, I got out a tennis racket and tennis balls, but instead of playing tennis, we used the tennis balls like baseballs and the tennis racket like a baseball bat We had bases all over the yard,

I am not sure what is popular in this category.

Games are not only activities but should be considered a daily habit or a hobby.

Games keep you healthy, whether physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally, etc.
