5. MISS Q'S POOL AND ENTERTAINMENT CENTRE
Miss Qs Pool & Entertainment Centre has two snooker tables, one 9 ball table, and 18 of the finest Pool Tables in W.A.
They cater for all ages offering an air-conditioned pool room, a fully licensed bar for the adults and video games for the kids. They also have all day specials, so that you can play pool all day or they have a lounge area to chill out in.
Their specialty is group bookings, so they can hold parties, functions and the like at reduced prices, while at the same time doing the catering for any of these events.
Bookings are required for an evening game and ordinary rates are from $16 to $20 per hour or $12.80 per hour for members with free pool every Friday between 5 pm and 7 pm.

6. MANDURAH STAND UP PADDLE HIRE
Mandurah SUP Hire allows people of most ages to enjoy the fun of "Stand Up Paddling" and you do not have to spend a huge amount to do this or buy a proper board.
You can enjoy this with your children (as per the photo below) and do it all alone - either way, SUP can provide great fun and excitement by catching waves.
It is also a great experience in calmer, smooth waters as you can move about in a slow and casual manner, enjoying the sights Mandurah has to offer.
Hire options are subject to suitable weather conditions, which at this time of year are generally perfect for this type of sport.
Board hire rates are $25 per hour or $15 for 15 minutes, and if you are a senior, there is a 10% discount for paddles and all safety equipment included. So, seniors, give it a go with your grandchildren!

7. PEEL ZOO
Peel Zoo is a boutique, hands-on zoo, in a country acreage which lies on the banks of the famous Murray River.
At Peel Zoo you will get to feed the animals, hold a snake, pat a kangaroo, touch a ferret, pat an alpaca or two, and there are over 100 species of birds and animals that will enthral you, and these include:

There is a huge walk-through aviary and Tasmanian Devils are star attractions in here and these are quite rare to see in a zoo nowadays.
You can bring a picnic lunch or use their free BBQs, but you will need several hours to see all there is.

8. TOURIST FUN TRAIN COMPANY
At this fun place, there are two Trains - The "Mandjar Bay Fun Train", or Mini Toot, which is for children big and small. This operates along the Eastern Foreshore of Mandurah and exactly opposite the children's play area.
The second train, "The Spirit of Mandurah" or Big Toot is the larger train for groups of up to 60 people and this one stops at ten different places around the City.
A great family fun experience for children as well as adults, and you can enjoy the views of the Mandurah foreshore and waters as you relax in one of these trains.
