Always have a bottle of water with you when you exercise

It is hard to exercise everyday, especially if you are a working woman with kids, a house to maintain, parties to go to and people to visit. With these exercises you'll find you will have time to do them throughout the day.

Jog on the spot as fast as you can for 2 minutes as soon as you wake up. It will tire you out, but you'll have burnt a lot of calories by just doing that. It'll also wake you up.

Walk faster

Walking fast burns a lot of calories. Walk at a fast pace dropping the kids off at school, through the office or in the shops. It'll help your legs.

Jump rope for ten minutes a day. It works out the whole body and you'll feel the results within a week if you keep it up. Move it up to 15 minutes a day when your body is comfortable,

Go shopping

A trip to the supermarket can make a whole difference to your body if you go often enough like me. Walking around, pushing a trolley, bending low to reach items and going around in circles if you've lost a child in the confectionery aisle, your body will be moving lots and you'll be walking a whole lot.

Play tag with the kids

If you have children go outdoors and play tag with your kids. You'll burn so much energy running around. Kids will love your company too.

You can work these exercises into your everyday life, make time for exercise otherwise you never will. It's great for you and your body.
