There's now a little food van called "Miam Miam a bite of France" at the Perth Cultural Center on Thursdays and Fridays. The crepes are absolutely sensational and quite cheap (around 5-6 bucks) and authentic I guess as the owner is French: she told me it was her mum's recipe she used to cook when she was a kid almost every Sundays for tea time.
They also sell some fantastic macarons (got a box of 6 yesterday and lasted only 5 min with my colleagues). Worth having a look to their facebook page...
A new French crÍpe restaurant has just opened in Perth CBD. It's the first of its kind, exactly like a French crÍperie, where you can have a full meal and a glass of cider or wine. So authentic! The menu is a great French-Australian combination and the atmosphere is lovely. The buckwheat galettes are a must-try.They are amazing and very reasonably priced too. It's called The CrÍperie, and it's in Shafto Lane.
