Here in Australia we have a significant caffeine drinking lifestyle, but the question is…..where is the best coffee to be found in Buderim?

I've tried The Birds and the Beans at Vandy's Garage Coffee Shop at 118 Burnett Street, Buderim - I love this quirky little coffee shop with very funky decor, that is a refurbished Car Repair Shop, complete with the old petrol pumps still outside. Very conveniently positioned for visitors into Buderim Village, approaching from the top of the 'mountain' it's one of the first coffee shops you'll encounter.

Their coffee is superb and it's an extremely busy venue for early morning commuters, cyclists and walkers and parking is always available, either on the street or next to the Garage.

The Birds and the Beans' 'downside' is that they appear to only open in the mornings and when one is looking for a good coffee fix mid-afternoon, alas here, there is not one to be found.

Buderim Coffee Monkey Espresso Bar is my next favourite - this quaint little coffee shop is at 21 Lindsay Road, Buderim in the Buderim Central Shopping Village, is a consistently friendly Coffee outlet offering divine coffee, delicious muffins and a great light meal menu. Comfortable seating indoors with tables and chairs outdoors one can always find a comfy place to sit. I particularly love the little barrels of monkeys, which are actually puzzles and keep little people amused for ages! Parking is available at the Village - always a great place for a quick stop-over. Opening hours are from 6.30 am Monday to Saturday, but, alas again, not open late afternoon or on a Sunday!

The Coffee Club Buderim is my next go-to place, great coffee - hot and iced (depending on weather and personal preference) with a very extensive menu of all-day breakfasts and cafe lunches and signature coffee blends. Easy to be found at 8 -10 King Street, Buderim, and an always-vibrant atmosphere with people sitting outdoors enjoying the sunshine. Parking is not always readily accessible, but a great spot to sit back and watch the passing traffic and easily identifiable if one wants to meet a friend or have a quick business get-together - who doesn't recognise a Coffee Club for 'where will I meet you'? The Coffee Club Buderim is also a licensed venue, so if you find you need something stronger than your regular coffee fix, they're able to accommodate you. The 'upside' of The Coffee Club is they're open seven days a week from 7.00 am, so I know I can always get my coffee fix here morning or afternoon.

We have Silverback Cafe , the trendy coffee shop, just up the road from The Coffee Club at 12-14 King Street, Buderim, for those lazy, laid-back Sunday mornings. Silverback Cafe is open every day except Tuesdays, but for that 3.30pm onwards pick-me-up, are unfortunately closed.

So, where's your favourite place in Buderim to get your daily coffee fix?
