Di Bella Coffee, Abbottsford Road, Bowen Hills. Fabulous service and situated in their roasting factory. Di Bella Coffee is the best coffee I have tasted. I am not associated with Di Bella Coffee in any personal or financial way except as a customer.

The Coffee Laboratory on Bishop St Kelvin Grove is a hidden gem. Because it's in an industrial area not many people know it even exists, but the barista is fantastic and friendly and they have some beautiful imported beans, and the whole cafe is decorated with antique roasting machines. I love it!

Definitely Sisco, Boundary Street, Spring Hill – I only just found this café last week, even though it has apparently been there for ages. Not sure what brand of coffee they use, but it was seriously delicious. They have a very good looking selection of cakes and sandwiches as well – this place is a bit of an oasis in the coffee desert that is Spring Hill.

If you are heading North in Caboolture then you hvae to stop in atthe local Macca's on Morayfield Road. YEH! I said Macca's. I am an avid coffee drinker and they make one heck of a good brew. I've been all over the world had thousands of cups of the arromatic brew and none measure up to that Macca coffee delight. I
favour a decaf half strengh skinny Otherwise known as a 'nocoffee' by coffee drinkers. Nocoffee or not, it's unbeatable.

I am a coffee lover and one of the best coffee shops in Brisbane that I have experienced is in Wondoo Street, can't remember the exact name but you will see how popular it is, not only with the locals but with ambos, police, council workers and cyclists as the shop is open every day, regardless of public holidays and serves great coffee with friendly service.

It may come as a surprise to many people but one of the best coffees I have had recently was served by the wonderful Indian guys who run Michel's Patisserie at Capalaba Park Shopping Centre. As a soy coffee drinker, I have had some pretty terrible coffee drinking experiences in my time, but these guys made me a soy flat white to die for. The temperature was just right, the crema perfect. My daughter, who has had lots of experience making coffee at a busy outlet down South Bank way was also impressed with her short black, using technical terms I don't have the skill to repeat here. Even more impressive was their super service and attention to each customer's needs. No wonder there was not one empty table when we rocked up at 10.30 the other morning. However, that's when the super service kicked in and a small table was found and tucked into a corner with spare chairs from other tables - AND they didn't forget the hot water we requested on the side to go with the black coffee. Well done Michel's at Capalaba Park

Coffee Roaster on Montague Rd West End. They use the best soy, don't charge extra for it or for extra shots. Veneziano on Montague Rd is also fantastic. Can't get better coffee anywhere else than these 2 places.
