There are plenty of new cocktail bars opening in Sydney now. But which serves the best cocktails? Generally speaking you'll find quite a few decent cocktails in Sydney because of the recent small bar boom.

Most recently, I've enjoyed some tasty cocktails atStitch Bar (see my review of it here). We at WeekendNotes are always looking for great new bars, but sometimes it's easy to neglect some older ones that are just as amazing. Like Ketki has mentioned, Zeta Bar at Hilton has a great cocktail list - and it's been around since 2005.

Award-winning Eau De Vie is definitely at the top of my list. It not only shakes up some delectable cocktails, but also boasts a sophisticated and comfortable atmosphere.

What do you guys think? Where have you tasted the most delicious cocktail in your life?

One must not roll past Kuleto's in Newtown, with their hole in the wall feel and grungy and hip cocktail waiters. This place will mix, shake and pour your the perfect kick, just amke sure you get there early as it gets packed pretty fast.

LL's in Potts Point for a Lychee Martini. They also serve delicious Asian inspired food and have a great wine list.

Best cocktails in Sydney would be the Harbour view Hotel. Get there early, on the roof top for a seat.
