It's a shame healthier foods aren't available for the same affordable price! Perhaps an under $10 best cheap eats in Perth that doesn't include fast food?

Annalakshmis in the city, down behind the bell tower, upstairs.
Lunch or dinner. No alcohol of course.
Best views in town, wonderful food (Vegetarian) and tea/coffee, water, juice and a small dessert.
Great atmosphere and the price is.....pay what your heart feels.
Obviously if you aren't having a poor week then pay what you can.
