Corica Pastries in Northbridge has over twenty different Italian pastries to choose from, including Cannoli. Casa Del Dolce in Northbridge has hand-made Cannoli filled with custard flavoured with vanilla, chocolate and pistachio. Mio Piatto in Manning and at the Claremont Markets line the Cannoli shells with chocolate for a different taste and texture.
Dolce and Salato in South Fremantle prepare all their pastries by hand and produce several different types of Cannoli.
The Black Truffle in North Fremantle makes fantastic bite sized Cannoli filled with chocolate and vanilla custard.

You should check out Rachel's Dolci they make amazing cannoli in a kit so you can make them up at home. The custard comes in piping bags and you just have to snip off the end and fill the shells as you want them. The espresso custard is my favourite. You can get them in some shops but you can also just ring up and place a phone order. Yum
