It's not a cake shop but a cafe called Dramanti artisan roaster in Wynnum. They stock 'glutenfreek' cakes and biscuits made locally. Apart from being gluten free they are also lactose free and sugar free (or low sugar) but the flavours are amazing. To top it off, glutenfreek goods are affordable, which is more than I can say for most other specialty cakes. The coffee at Dramanti is the best I've tasted in brisbane so it's worth the trip if you're not a baysider.
