Fitzroy

Cavallini is located at 354 Queens Parade in Fitzroy North. It is an artisan bakery, patisserie and espresso bar, which has been operating for more than a decade and is a favourite with locals. Catering options are also available. For a perfect afternoon tea, try their arincini and delicious macarons with a coffee served by award-winning baristas. Coburg

The Generator offers Asian/Australian dishes and an impressive array of muffins, slices and cookies with high quality coffee. They recently won an award for best local cafe. The eatery is located at 89-91 Bakers Road in Coburg North and a weekend favourite is the vegetarian hangover breakfast. Abbotsford

Bomb Cafe is at 229 Johnston Street in Abbotsford. They are open during the week from 7am to 3.30pm, and on Saturdays (from mid-June), and are popular with locals and businesses in the area.
