The Kiosk can be found outside Crest Cafe at Birubi Beach , just 15 minutes from Nelson Bay. This small kiosk has the best burgers that we have experienced in the area, with juicy big patties, tangy sauces and huge buns that fill you up for the whole afternoon. Sit and watch the waves as the sauces and juices run down your arm - you won't want to finish it! The burgers are also very affordable, each costing around $10. Murray's Brewery, located 20 minutes from Nelson Bay, is another popular choice for burgers, pizzas, ribs and everything big and bold. You can't beat sitting at Murray's Brewery on a Sunday afternoon with live music and a huge burger with an icy cold beer to match. These burgers aren't for the faint-hearted, with layers upon layers of meat and tangy sauces. At a cost of $20, including chips, they are the perfect hangover cure! Bay Diner** at Wests Nelson Bay is also a top local choice, with large burgers that you will find it hard to get your mouth around! The Diner is located on the ground floor, below the Bistro, with a small dining area under the stairs or you can take your burger to eat anywhere in the club.
