Head on down to the Swan Valley for brunch
The Swan Valley is a perfect spot for brunch! Just a sort drive from Perth and even shorter from many suburbs, this is a delightful area full of street-side stalls selling all manner of goods!
If you do not like getting up early, then brunch is the way to go, and you can turn up around 10 am or even later to have a wonderful brunch in this delightful setting. The Swan Valley has so many excellent cafes and restaurants, making it the ideal place to go either during the week or on a Sunday morning.
1. TAYLOR'S ART & COFFEE HOUSE
Where: 510 Great Northern Highway, Middle Swan When: 7.30 am to 4.00 pm Tuesday to Sunday Bookings: Here.
This is a breakfast, brunch and lunch cafe who serve fresh organic produce and good coffee. The Taylors grow their own produce in the garden and source only good quality local fruit and vegetables.
12. COTTAGE TEA ROOMS
Where: 8560 West Swan Road, Henley Brook
When: Weekdays from 10 am and weekends from 9 am
This is a gorgeous little cottage as the name implies. We had the scones for brunch here, and I have written about this place here. If you like scones for brunch, they were excellent at this quaint place.
If it is a sunny day, their verandah is a great place to sit!
13. SLATE CAFE
Where: 12 Dulwich St, West Swan
When: From 7 am weekdays, and 8 am weekends
This is a very casual place, and I have been here once with my dogs. The dogs even have a place to run around! The food was also good.
