Wanting to minimise the size of your thighs but don't have a lot of time? Follow my 5 minute leg exercises that'll get those thighs looking smaller in a few weeks.
Marching/Jogging on the spot - Stand on a flat surface, and time yourself for 5 minutes to march your legs up and dog or jog on the spot. Your legs will feel tired and ache after the first minute if you've never done this before, push past it and keep powering on. Do this twice every day.
Exercise bike - Jump on the exercise bike for 5 minutes and pedal as fast as you can for those 5 minutes. Either that or stand up and sprint on the bike. This will really give you loads of energy in your legs. Do this 3 times a day.
Squats - Lean up against the wall then slowly bend down, you'll feel tension in your thighs. Do as many as you can for minutes, look up on Youtube how to do them properly.
Star jumps - Time yourself for five minutes and do as many star jumps as you can. Take a 15 second breather halfway if you have to. Play some good music to get you in the jumping mood such as "Jumpstart" - These Kids Wear Crowns or any other happy music you like.
Step ups - Got a staircase or something you can step up onto and then step back down? Do this for 5 minutes a day, and your legs will become more resistant to it and stronger. It really helps your legs and the next time you have to walk up a high stair case, your legs will be used to it. Play some music while you're at it. You'll only need 2 songs.
Please remember to only do your physical best and if you start to feel pain or a fast heart rate, slow down and give it a rest.
