Most girls start buying bras from as early as the age of 13, and each year we grow and our bodies change, so we continue to buy more and more. What do you do with your old bras? Do you keep them all and don't know where to put them? Are they piling up? Go on and finally get rid of your useless bras for charity.
As you may already know, October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. During October there are countless fundraisers and charity events taking place.
In October 2010
Berlei launched a program known as the
'Berlei Bra Recycle' program and successfully collected over 40,000 bras.
All you have to do is collect your old bras and leave them in the designated recycling bins in Myers, David Jones and other participating speciality stores. For every 10 bras that are recycled, $1 will be donated to Breast Cancer Network Australia.
