Now here's a food and wine promotion with a difference, the Bendigo Wealth Heritage Uncorked is a moving, no really moving – like walking, feast put on by the wine makers of Bendigo.
The 'fruit of the vine' combines with gourmet food and heritage listed architecture to put Bendigo on a plate.
It's a great opportunity to taste a range of spectacular locally produced wines and brilliant gourmet foods produced by some of the region's gifted chefs with the added bonus of dining in a selection of Bendigo's stunning Heritage Listed buildings.

Running annually since 1995 this event grows in popularity every year and for the first time in 2014 will start on the Friday night sampling local wines at the Bendigo Town Hall.
The main event on Saturday will see participants strolling from one spectacular historic building to the next, some of which are not normally open to the public, all the while enjoying a selection of the very best food and wine produced in Bendigo and surrounding districts.
Guests will visit Bendigo Townhall, The Shamrock Hotel, La Piazza, the Chinese Gardens, GPO Restaurant, Bunja Thai and The Wine Bank on View with dishes served at six of the venues matched with the particular wine being showcased there.
Bendigo's strong Chinese cultural links feature prominently in the event
