The
Bendigo Blues and Roots Music Festival is on again filling the streets of Bendigo with music on the 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th of November 2017. This four day event will feature fabulous performances and workshops, the highlight of which is a day long family friendly concert over two stages in picturesque Rosalind Park.
The brainchild of renowned Bendigo musician and promoter Colin Thompson, the
Bendigo Blues and Roots Music Festival commenced back in 2011 and has grown bigger and better each year since.
The annual festival is predominantly free, giving music fans the opportunity to enjoy world-class music, with a focus on local and independent talent from the blues and roots genres.
Over the four days, there will be more than 100 artists from all over Australia (as well as some internationals) performing in over 30 venues in and around Bendigo.
The free all-day, family-friendly concert featuring over a dozen great acts in Rosalind Park on the Saturday 11 November, is not to be missed and always attracts a range of music lovers, with a welcoming atmosphere for families and fans of all ages.
