Free Tasting Temptation
There's only one thing better than a free wine tasting and that's 5-free wine tastings.
That's exactly what you'll get if you visit all 5 participating wineries during the Bendigo Barrel Tasting Weekend to be staged on Saturday and Sunday 8th & 9th July.
The grapes are grown & picked and the 2017 vintage is ready for early tasting at 5 great Bendigo district wineries.
With this year's vintage crushed and fermenting, The Bendigo & District Winegrowers Association is supporting five Bendigo district wineries who will open the doors to their barrel halls for tastings direct from the barrel.
This is a great opportunity to get in early, pick what you think will be a sure-fired winner when bottled and negotiate a special pre-release purchase with the winery concerned.
The Bendigo Barrel Tasting Weekend event provides an outstanding sneak preview of this years vintage prior to bottling.
NOTE: Sutton Grange Winery will only be open for tastings on the Sunday.
Tasting from the barrel is a great opportunity to get in early and negotiate a special pre-release price.
Tastings are available at 11 AM, 1 PM and 3 PM on both days at all the participating wineries (except Sutton Grange which is Sunday only) so plan your itinerary, get on the phone to one or all of the wineries and book your sneak preview tasting of a range of future release wines.
Don't miss this rare opportunity to get exclusive access to the barrel halls of some of Victoria's outstanding wineries.
Five of Bendigo & districts excellent wineries are offering a not-to-be-missed barrel tasting experience.
Why? Take this rare opportunity to visit 5 excellent wineries and taste their new vintage wines direct from the barrel while gaining an insight into the wonders of wine making from the makers themselves.
