Indie Market Place is always upping the anti and pushing the boundaries when it comes to organising their markets (the two other markets Indie Market Place run are the Out-The-Back Market, Tecoma and Vision Gardens Makers & Designers Market, Bittern) each month. This month is no different so make sure you visit on Sunday 5 July 2015 from 10am to 2.30pm at the Community Hall, Gilmore Court, Belgrave South. This is a gold coin entry market that boasts 40 to 60 stalls on average.

The theme is Rockabilly, a tribute to the styles between the 1940s and 1960s so make sure you have some fun and bring your Rockabilly style with you. Come along and enjoy the market stalls, the music, entertainment and more. To kick this off and get this market rocking, Black Cherry Clothing will be bringing handmade boys and girls rockabilly clothing.
Mini Vintage Clothing - Baby Goods/Kids Goods will also be bringing some inspiring mini clothing of the era being celebrated. Sharon Mays Rockabilly is also a Rockabilly clothing store and she can make women's clothes custom made any size from 8 to 28 made to order. Bubidi Boo's children's accessories, children's clothing, hair and beauty supply fits right there with the theme as well. Her hairbands with their large blooms created by her own fair hands will not look out of place in Rockabilly country.
Johnny D, B Magical - is a magician who will entertain the kids with all kinds of magic tricks and balloon shapes.
B Bop Vic Bebop dancers will be performing in the Hall at 12noon. If you're lucky, The Retro Girls just 'might' turn up for a performance. Join Indie Market Place's Event Page to keep up with updates closer to date. Hope to see you all down there dressed in your finest Rockabilly clothing.
