Apple pie in vanilla sauce, just the right portion as a dessert or a snack with coffee or tea. Neither is it too much nor too small a piece. The pie is lovely on its own. The vanilla sauce is beautiful and is not overly sweet. Both pie and sauce are home-made and prepared in the old Bavarian way. In their own language, locals would call it "köstlich".
