UniRun is hosting a series of Beginners Running Workshops this Spring and all are invited to get involved.

These 2 hour workshops are designed for beginners with little or no running experience.

Taught in a fun and social atmosphere, the workshops take place at the popular Tan Track around King's Domain and the Royal Botanic Gardens.

Under the guidance of UniRun instructors, participants will learn to run with proper form and technique.

From how to stretch and run with the correct posture, to avoiding injuries, selecting footwear and maintaining a routine, participants will receive all the skills and knowledge they need to get up and running the right way!

These workshops are ideal for anyone who has ever wanted to be a runner. Even if you have tried a program in the past but have failed, or found the experience a negative one, give one of these workshops a go and discover just how wonderful - and easy - running can be!

The all inclusive cost is $50 pp - and for a limited time if you enrol with a friend, you will receive a $10 discount.

Places are strictly limited and early bookings are advised; click here to check the next dates and make a booking or email contact@unirun.com.au or phone (03) 8376 6543.
