Beginner's Create Crochet Square in Just Two Hours
My grandmother taught me to knit and crochet although I was much better at knitting than I was at crochet. I could never get my tension right. However, it is a craft that is having a resurgence of interest recently and one that can be very relaxing. If you are like me and would like to start again from the beginning or a novice who has never used a crochet needle before and would like to give it a go, join the group from Craftdyllic who will teach you how to crochet a granny-square in two hours.
The Beginner's Crochet Crafternoon is held on the first Sunday of each month at the Organic Circle Café in the Pioneer Village,7 Albany Highway, Armadale. Classes commence at 1.00pm for two-hours duration at a cost of $40.00 per person. The price includes the yarn, a crochet hook and a guide for you to continue your hobby at home. A maximum of six people is in a class, so you will get plenty of tuition time in the time allowed.
The Organic Circle is a boutique café providing 100% organic food, which is sourced and made fresh on the premises. They cater for gluten free, paleo, vegan and vegetarian diets and stock a wide range of fresh organic produce, breads, groceries and cleaning products.
