Beers on the Lawn – Howard Smith Wharves



Since its 2018 opening, Howard Smith Wharves has become an uber-cool hub for locals and visitors to Brisbane. This jam-packed event and public space venue, located on the Brisbane River, keeps getting better. HSW will be hosting its annual Beers on the Lawn, that will be hitting town on Saturday and Sunday February 22-23rd.

Tucked away underneath the Story Bridge, HSW will be hosting lawn games, live music, brewing demonstrations, where everyone can meet the tastemakers and local brewers.

With spectacular river views, this family-friendly and dog-friendly event is not to be missed with many breweries setting up shop over the weekend that include; Felons Brewing Co., Moffat Beach Brewing Co., Aether Brewing, Slipstream Brewing Co., Range Brewing, Soapbox Beer, Sealegs Brewing Co., Revel Brewing Co., Helios Brewing Co., Noosa Beer Co.: Land and Sea, Ballistic Beer Co., Semi-Pro Brewing Co., Your Mates Brewing Co.

If this doesn't tickle your fancy, the good people at HSW have the food catering covered with smoked brisket, chicken wings, woodfired pizzas as well as Goodtimes Gelato to chow down on. The festivities kick off on Saturday February 22nd and Sunday February 23rd from 4pm to 10pm. HSW is located at 5 Boundary St, Brisbane City, underneath the Story Bridge.
