Enjoy local Beers and Ciders with friends this Spring
Beer Incider Experience, Beer festival

Finally, a festival for the guys. But let's not stereotype, this festival looks awesome fun for everyone over 18 years of age.

If you like sitting around with friends, listening to good tunes, enjoying the entertainment and fine food, while sampling craft beers and ciders, then you'll enjoy this festival.

This is an outdoor craft beer and cider festival on 20 and 21 September 2014 at Albion Park Paceway. The weekend will feature displays and stands by 35 breweries and 130 beers and ciders. For a list of breweries participating see the website.

That's right - 35 breweries and 130 beers and ciders in one venue. That has to be a reason to celebrate. Want another reason? Good food. Still not convinced? How about great entertainment. Let's face it, September is the start of Spring and a good reason to dust of the drinking pants and sunhats and get out and about.

Live music over the weekend includes Jack Carty, Karl S Williams, Liam Gerner, The Glorious North, Hazlett and Intriguer.

While there is a tasty array of food on offer to keep the patrons happy, there is also a special lunch on both Saturday and Sunday hosted by Matt Kirkegaard of Beer Matt and Brews News who will give a gourmet food tour matched with craft beers and ciders. Tickets to this lunches are strictly limited and cost only $65.

So you're not convinced yet that you should go to this Festival? What about some burlesque to tempt you? Coppelia Jane will be sure to entertain the crowd. Recently named as being 'Tipped for the Top' by the international publication Burlesque Bible, and Miss Burlesque Queensland 2011, Miss Burlesque Brisbane 2013, Miss Perfect Pinup Queensland 2014, Miss Burlesque Australia - Miss Pinup 2011. Brisbane Burlesque group The Bombshells will add some more sparkle to the weekend.

Bring a picnic blanket to add some style to your afternoon while you sit on the grass and sample beers off beer paddles with friends. Drink responsibly, laugh a lot and enjoy great tasting local flavours.

The Beer InCider Experience is on 20 & 21 September 2014 at Albion Park, featuring 35 breweries and over 130 beers & ciders. It is strictly 18 plus.

Tickets are $15 by online purchase or $20 at the door for a single day ticket (if not sold out prior). Weekend tickets are $25 by online purchase or $35 at the door (if not sold out prior).

Tasting lunches are $65 online or $75 on the day (if not sold out prior).

As with many festivals nowadays, drinks are bought via drink tickets bought on the day. Food and water can be bought with cash.

NOTE THIS IS A CASH ONLY EVENT. Some ATM's will be on site but the organisers recommend that patrons bring enough cash to last them through the day.

Accommodation options are available on the Festival website.

The Festival is a supporter of Melanoma Patients Australia, and sunscreen will be provided on the day.

18+.... that rules it out for most parents. Pity the binge culture.
