A classically French inspired feast overlooking Melbourne's stunning starlit skyline is the order of the day at The Emerson. For the Roast Collection event, head chef Jeff Trotter introduces the best cut of beef with specially matched wines from Samuel Smith Wines. To deliver a true paddock to plate experience, Jeff will select the premium cut from the locally raised cattle at the farm, roast it to perfection and then carve it at the table right before your eyes. The beef, burgundy and truffle dinner is 5 course with matching wines at $120 per person.
