A Melbourne Food and Wine Festival Event
Above the Skydeck of the Eureka Tower sits the epic Eureka 89 restaurant. Unparalleled views of the city, inspired gastronomical creations, and impeccable service awaits. Book well in advance of your special visit, as the reputation of Eureka 89 precedes them; many events and seatings book out weeks in advance.
'Bee' inspired at an urban honey dining experience, with five locally sourced honey-infused courses. There are over 1600 native bees species in Australia; Eureka 89 is home to a colony of their own – golden sculptures by artist Richard Singer. Eureka 89 embraces the community that bees symbolize, through its very own giant bees perching on the side of the building, reinforcing the important role of bees in our environment, through pollination and food production.
The five courses in menu for the evening include honey sourced from various Melbourne urban rooftop hive stations, including Melbourne City Rooftop Honey, connecting the honeybee colonies to the human communities that surround them.
