"For those of you who have been fortunate enough to experience the Middle Eastern culture, you may know it is an age old custom for the Bedouins (Middle Eastern desert dwellers) to serve coffee to their guests as a form of hospitality. For a Bedouin, there is no richer welcoming to one's guest than to offer freshly made coffee with warmth and kindness. We welcome you all to Bedouin Brew."
Looking for your new local haunt with good coffee and ambience? Well, look no further, because Bedouin Brew is here to provide the best possible start to all Southsiders' mornings, six days a week! They open bright and early at 6:30am on weekdays, making it the perfect morning pit stop for 9-5 office workers before making one's daily commute to work. A hidden gem of a cafe, nestled amongst a cluster of suburbs with a high percentage of industrial areas, Bedouin Brew is not an espresso bar to be missed, especially if you live in the area.

Bedouin Brew takes shape in the form of a converted warehouse space, providing a large open seating area for all patrons. Decked out with rustic furniture with a recurring theme of earth-toned colours, Bedouin Brew looks extremely welcoming from the get-go. The space is also littered with beautiful leafy pot-plants that perfectly complement the decor theme. Choose from traditional table and chairs, or opt for a comfortable couch and make yourself at home!

Such a beautiful space.
Children, both with and without fur, are more than welcome to join the adults here. There are high chairs available for the kids, and water bowls provided for the furkids. There's even a little corner filled with entertainment for young children! While you sip on your coffee, why not give your children the opportunity to engage in the "full cafe experience" by purchasing a babychino or a puppiccino for them? They'll love you even more, if that was possible in the first place!
A gentle reminder for pawrents to request that puppiccinos be made with lactose free milk (as it is easier on their stomachs) and without choco powder sprinkled on top.

Now that we've got the kids sorted, it's time to get down to business. Serious caffeine business. Whether you're a professional coffee drinker, a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur, or a rare first-timer, Bedouin Brew has you covered. Using
Neighbourhood Coffee Roasters to brew you a fresh cup of coffee, you can choose from the usual range of coffees such as flat whites, lattes, cappuccinos, and short blacks. For something a little different, or perhaps for those with dietary restrictions, Bedouin Brew also offers a range of "extras" such as bonsoy milk, lactose-free milk, coconut milk, syrup, marshmallows, or honey.
If you're feeling tired, you could opt for an extra shot. If you're feeling the opposite of tired, you could opt for your coffee to be served decaf. If you're visiting on a hot day, perhaps opt for a cold brew? Or if you're feeling fancy, how about a filter coffee that features a rotating list of local filter roasts? The world is your oyster, so feel to ask the friendly staff at Bedouin Brew to see if they can accommodate your requirements. If it's possible, they'll definitely do it for you!

Bircher Bar? If you're craving a cold drink, a selection of
HRVST ST's most popular flavours of cold-pressed juice is available, as is a selection of Kombucha from
Probiotic Kitchen. There are also other cold drinks available, such as
Noah's Juice,
Thankyou water, and drinks from the
Bundaberg range.

Although Bedouin Brew doesn't serve full meals, there is a selection of pre-made meals available at the counter. Although these items may vary slightly depending on availability, items you can expect to be available include banana bread, a selection of Middle Eastern sweets, and
BRKFST raw muesli. BRSKFST muesli is made in small batches with love, from a 40 year old family recipe. There are several flavours available, with the Quinoa, Chia, & Raspberry Bircher with Coyo being the most popular at Bedouin Brew. This is the flavour I opted for - delicious
and healthy!
