Beauty Inside & Out is an event for all women to enjoy on 10 December 2016. With the rush leading up to the holidays we often forget about ourselves as we are so busy. This is the perfect opportunity to take some 'me time' and relax at Subiaco Arts Centre.

Beauty Inside & Out will be blissful day bringing you a specialist talk from Dr. Katherine Iscoe entitled 'How to eat cake and love your body, too'. Sun Moon Yoga will be bringing you a light meditation & yoga session so you can take some time to relax & restore the mind, feeling beautiful on the outside always comes from within. A delicious and nutritious plant based morning tea will be provided with tea & coffee.

After this you will be treated to makeup top tips from Shannon Arten, one of Perth's leading makeup artists who will be bringing you through three looks you can try over the coming Christmas season. From there the day will wrap up with some easy to do hair styles with the fantastic Loren Dempsey, where you are free to ask questions along the way. Come along and enjoy this fun filled girly day.
