A tale as old as time
Theatre Bugs presents 'Beauty & The Beast Jnr' at The Parks Theatre - Theatre Two from Friday 22nd September until Sunday 24th September. It is based on the book by Linda Woolverton, with music and lyrics by Alan Menken, Howard Ashman and Tim Rice and adapted from the 1991 movie. Co-Directed and choreographed by Laura Brook, Michelle Davy, Mitchell Smith and Zak Vasiliou.

This is the tale of small town girl Belle, who lives in a world of books because it's better than her reality. She lives with her father, an inventor, and is to be married to the most eligible bachelor in town, Gaston, however Gaston isn't Belle's type. She lives for adventure and true love. Just out of town is an enchanted castle where a Beast, who is really a handsome young prince lives, but he was rude and unkind so an enchantress cast a spell on him to teach him a lesson. Only when he can learn to love and be loved will the spell be broken.

Starring Samantha Bateman as The Rose, Alexander Aarao-Ward as Cogsworth, Kayla Ruggiero & Dyana Bouwmeester Jones as Lefou, Lian Takayiddza & Fantazia Bouwmeester Jones as Madame de la Grande Bouche, Pru Cassar & Alice Lane as Babette, Sienna Bertram & Kodi Jackson as Mrs. Potts, Jeremy Thomas as Gaston, Tristan Farrow & George D'Agostino as The Beast, Oliver John as Lumiere, Olivia Giameos & Issy Darwent as Belle.

Come along with the whole family to see a talented cast of over 40 young performers bring this romantic and beloved fairy tale to life. It will feature all your favourite songs including "Be Our Guest", "Something There", "Beauty and the Beast", "Belle", "Gaston" and more.
