In 2023,
Beaumont House will once again be open to the viewing public on the first Sunday of each month starting from the 5th of February. Between 2pm and 4:30pm, you can tour the historical rooms of the house, wander through its gardens and have afternoon tea either outdoors or indoors depending on the weather. These open days, with tours every 20 minutes, are suitable for anyone interested in history and architecture.

The house was built in 1849 by Adelaide's first Anglican bishop. It then became the home of Sir Samuel Davenport and a few other owners before being bequeathed to the National Trust of South Australia in 1970. It currently serves as the organisation's state office.
