Alliance Francais in Brisbane is always excited at this time of year and the secret for their excitement lies in the fact that this is Beaujolais Nouveau time. This is the time of the year when the new wine called Beaujolais from France comes out and it is traditional to celebrate its arrival and indeed to partake in its fresh colour and taste.
They are holding an exclusive tasting of the 2018 vintage Saturday 17 November, from 4pm at the State Library of Queensland. Please note, due to catering requirements, ticket sales will close 11:59pm Sunday 11 November unless sold out prior.
Tickets cost $65 per person (AF Members save 15%) and include two glasses of Beaujolais nouveau, paired with chef's selection of premium farmhouse and international cheeses, and other grazing delicacies served by Brisbane's premier award-winning caterers, Wine & Dine'm.
