A surreal, high-tech, cutting edge & farcical magic show

Popular Sydney magician Julian Bull returns to the stage these winter school holidays with an all-new magic spectacular! Four shows only - tickets are now on sale!

Julian Bull's latest 50-minute family-friendly show introduces Beardius the Wizard, a wise wizard, several millennia old, who has aged very slowly.

Beardius the Wizard promises magic lovers a surreal, high-tech, cutting-edge and farcical magical experience featuring everyday objects.

Like all noble wizards before him, Beardius had sworn an oath to only use his powers for good and only when absolutely necessary, as excessive use of magic can corrupt one's soul and turn a wizard evil.

Wizards are not supposed to expose their powers to us mortals but Beardius started to use his powers as a cheap form of entertainment, blowing people's minds at birthday parties and other special events.

He grew too overconfident and bold in his exposure of magic and eventually got caught and was expelled from the wizard community. Beardius was also forced to shave off his beard, the source of a wizard's power.

The ex-wizard had no other skills but was determined to fulfil his dream of becoming a professional entertainer. He started to learn sleight of hand and illusions and eventually started busking as a street magician and doing kids birthday parties.

Now you have the chance to see Beardius the Wizard perform right before your eyes in a series of intimate live shows at Elevate Studios. Beardius the Wizard will take to the stage on Sunday evenings at 6pm on 28th June, 5th July, 12th July and 19th July.

Tickets are only $16.91 pp for a truly magical evening! Book your tickets now at Eventbrite as places are strictly limited.
