Beaches Village Circuit, Agnes Water

There are a few interesting walks in
Agnes Water in the vicinity of the
Southern Great Barrier Reef's Discovery Coast. Captain Cook Drive is a main thoroughfare of Agnes Water where further up from the town and off that main thoroughfare is
Beaches Village Circuit - a circular drive that can be walked. It's walkable due to its flatness and yes, there are two beach access points on the two beachside cul-de-sacs off the circuit of
Waterline Close and Ocean Dune Court.
There are three major resorts as well as a few others on the circuit, those main three are
Lagoons (closest to Captain Cook Drive) with its
Plantation Restaurant and Anjea Day Spa, Pavillions (closest to the beach) and
Edge which is just down the road from Lagoons. The signages for these resorts are shown below.

The really 'user-friendly' aspect of the circuit is one can start anywhere and access the beach but not necessarily cover old ground. But to help demonstrate I've started the circuit walk photos sequence at the circuit entrance from Captain Cook Drive. Then I walked to Waterline Close where there is a forested beach access. This allows access to
Agnes Water Beach . However, there is very thorough signage about the beach especially as it is unpatrolled. It's perfect for a little stroll although it is dog off-leash. Perfect for a stroll because if you pick the time of day you can get the beach virtually to yourself. I decided not to access the beach via the path with the entrance shown below but it is the most convenient access from Pavillions Resort. Instead, I proceeded to walk to
Ocean Dune Court just a little further up and got an open-air beach access with annoying but appropriate steps which probably slow down the walk for safety and ecology reasons combined.
Photos are as follows with captions:

Overall, the walk combined sun, surf, and plenty of insight into local real estate. With a few resorts and nice ocean breezes the walk affects positively. Despite any perceived hazards, it's a relatively harmless walk with aerobic benefits and plenty of aesthetics despite signs of home building and construction. I think the circuit is well worth a stop-off if at the aforementioned resorts or if on a longer hike or scenic drive in the area.
