Fancy a juicy steak but don't want to break the bank? On the look out for one of the cheapest feeds you can get in Mooloolaba ? It can be difficult to find with all the gourmet restaurants adorning the esplanade, but here's a place anyone can afford,The Beach Bar And Grill , a popular place with locals and tourists and for good reason. There's no better place to gather after a long week at work when you're concerned about your savings.

You'll find the Beach Bar And Grill upstairs from Hot Pipis . It's got a good view looking out towards the beach, even if there are a fair few trees in the way. As a bonus, on a hot night, you should get a nice cool breeze rolling in.

The menu here is simplistic, it feels like half of it is chicken parmys. They do have a huge variety, it's not what you'd expect at the local pub. I went for the The Outback variety, which was topped off with smokey bacon, red onion, mozzarella and barbecue sauce ($20).

My dinner guest went with The Beach, chicken parmy topped with seared prawns, fresh avocado and garlic cream ($20). Both came with salad and chips, but we lashed out for some hand cut sweet potato chips with aioli ($6). Topped off with a couple of beers, it made for a great night.

No matter what day of the week you come in to the Beach Bar and Grill, you're guaranteed something special. Sunday's have live music from 3pm to go with their $6 pizza specials, check out chef specials on Mondays and Tuesdays - have 250g T-bone with chips and salad for just $12, on Wednesdays, you can pick up any gourmet burger, chips and pot of beer for $15, Thursday is Chicken parmy night, Friday's TGIF and Saturday has all the sport on TV with chef special in the evening.

It's not the fanciest place in town but it's certainly one of the cheapest. Grab as many mates as you can and make a move on Mooloolaba. A big feed, some drinks and good company is all you'll ever need in life really.
